Hello! My name is George Popadalis, and I am the founder and owner of Fetch Loans, a finance and brokerage company based on transparency, trust, and complete 360 support. After a decade of experience within banking and loan operations and seeing firsthand how the customers get pushed aside, I decided to leverage my passion for customer advocacy to provide an all-around positive experience every time.
In 2007, I began my banking journey at Westpac Bank, working as a Loan Verification officer. I was that guy who would manually check queues and call applicants regarding missing information that led to their loan being declined. During this time, I found an interesting pattern in rejected applicants; the people who were declined were often confused on the form because they were new to credit building. If they had support during the application procedure, it would have been interesting to see how many would have been able to receive the loan they were seeking.
Fast forward to 2014, I moved up in my career, working as a Senior Case Manager at Citibank. During this role, I was avidly assisting customers who were not being heard within the complaints division, and I loved every moment of it. For over four years, I enjoyed putting customers first, prioritizing them, and being their advocate during the obstacles they faced. This was a transformational period for me, as my admiration for becoming a Customer Advocate rose. I desired to be a viable resource for customers, cutting through internal politics, and dedicating myself to ensure that the final decision would always make them happy.
When I established Fetch Loans, I made it with the customer at the top of the totem pole.
